1. No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on promotional products
2. Read care label inside the garment.
3. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
4. Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
5. Any claim pertaining to the same season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.
6. For purchases:
a. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the product and get Brand Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 30 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 30 days of purchase.
b. Brand Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase. Simply email us at info@neeluoberoi.com or call us at (+91) 98204 42907 to request this. Do mention your Full Name with an image of the product inquired.
c. Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
d. Shipping costs will only be refunded for purchases if:
The item was damaged when received by the customer
The wrong item was delivered
Shipping is being offered at additional costs depending on the location of the customer.
In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
e. An alternative is to exchange the product at Neelu Oberoi’s Atelier.
f. Online orders can be processed with an email inquiry within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order. Email us at info@neeluoberoi.com or call us at (+91) 98204 42907 to request this. Do mention your Full Name with an image of the product inquired.
g. Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
No information will be revealed to any third-party entities for any purposes and your information will solely be used by Neelu Oberoi Designs.
